We’re looking for a talented, passionate graphic designer.

ApporClick prides itself on producing creative and eye-appealing mobile apps for our business clientele. We are seeking an individual who can look beyond the same old stock photography and design outside the box. The ideal candidate will have HTML, CSS, WordPress and JavaScript experience, who takes initiative and participates in the process. Must be a self starter, and works well in an entrepreneurial environment.

This position is an important part of our Marketing Department and involves working closely with all areas of the organization.

Position Duties:

  • Designing mobile websites and mobile apps that appeal to the target market
  • Maintaining and updating clients mobile apps and mobile websites
  • Developing marketing materials
  • Keeping abreast of trends and bringing new ideas to the team
  • All other duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2–4 years of web design experience
  • Exceptional design skills
  • Ability to take direction to creative innovative designs within brand guidelines – and to develop new guidelines when necessary
  • Familiar with SEO best practices
  • Strong command of cross-browser development techniques and browser degradation strategies
  • Experience working on mobile websites a big plus
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office

  • Ability to effectively manage a daily schedule of new visits, appointments and territory while effectively communicating daily with your Sales Manager.
  • Ability to meet monthly sales quotas.
  • Ability to work within a team environment to ensure customer success.
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities via pipeline report.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3+ years of proven customer facing and telephone sales and/or account management experience (with revenue generation) experience
  • B2B solution selling ideal, but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) required.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
  • Able to work with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience selling or managing accounts in mobile applications space a plus.

Position Duties

The Sales Manager is responsible for overall sales leadership and revenue growth of the company, building and driving the sales and account executive efforts, and is responsible for the direction and management of all sales and business development operations, including market competitiveness, and strategy execution. You will ensure key sales activity metrics and procedures are met or exceeded and drive sales results; significant customer contact and intervention; interviews all Account Executives, ensures training and development.

The successful candidate will be a passionate, driven, sales enthusiast; customer oriented, and a competitive attitude, and instill that in the leadership of the sales team.

  • Build and maintain a high performance sales team.
  • Provide leadership and day-to-day direction of sales representatives and managers to attain sales objectives.
  • Design and implement strategic plans that align with business vision and plans.
  • Train, lead and mentor staff and carry out responsibilities that include: Interviewing, hiring, training, performance management and issue resolution.
  • Execution of the Sales strategy.
  • Responsible for the overall revenue growth of the territory through ApporClick’s sales system.
  • Leads the sales force by setting challenging sales goals, developing and implementing motivational tools, developing career plans, and close follow up of the Account Executive Team.
